By using this website, submitting our consultation form, or opting in to our text messages, you agree to these terms. SMS / text-messaging program terms
JAINT LLC sends conversational and customer-care text messages related to your inquiry: consultation follow-ups, appointment confirmations and reminders, quote and order updates, and occasional AT&T offer information relevant to your request.
- Opt-in: You join by checking the consent box on our website form, by texting us first, or by giving consent during a call. Consent is never a condition of purchase.
- Message frequency varies based on your inquiry and account activity. Recurring messages may be sent.
- Message and data rates may apply per your mobile carrier's plan.
- Opt out any time: reply STOP to cancel (you may receive a single confirmation message). Reply HELP for help, or contact us at [email protected] or (561) 820-6216.
- Privacy: No mobile phone numbers, text-messaging originator opt-in data, or SMS consent will be shared with or sold to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. That data is shared only with the aggregators and text-message service providers needed to deliver our messages. See our Privacy Policy.
- Carriers: Supported carriers may vary. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- Eligibility: Our services and messaging program are intended for businesses and individuals 18 years or older.

Prices and promotions referenced on this site are AT&T offers available through JAINT LLC as an authorized sales channel. They are limited-time offers, subject to change or end without notice, require eligibility, may vary by location, and exclude taxes and fees unless stated. All AT&T services are governed by AT&T's own service terms and agreements; final pricing and terms are confirmed in your written quote and AT&T's order confirmation.
