Who we are
JAINT LLC ("JAINT," "we," "us") is a Florida-registered AT&T Authorized Retailer and AT&T Preferred Dealer based in Boynton Beach, Florida, selling AT&T small-business wireless, internet, and related services. What we collect
When you request a consultation or quote, we collect what you give us: your first and last name, mobile number, business ZIP code, email address if provided, and what you're interested in (products and approximate line count). If you call or text us, we keep records of those communications. If you proceed with an order, we collect the additional information AT&T requires to check serviceability and set up service (such as your business address and account details).
How we use it
We use your information to respond to your request, prepare quotes, check AT&T service availability at your address, place and manage AT&T orders you approve, and provide ongoing support. We may also follow up about your quote or about AT&T offers relevant to your business.
Calls, texts, and consent
By submitting our consultation form, you consent to JAINT LLC contacting you by phone, SMS, and email at the contact information you provided, including via automated technology. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message and data rates may apply, and message frequency varies. You can opt out of texts at any time by replying STOP (or reply HELP for help), and out of any other contact by telling us, emailing [email protected], or calling (561) 820-6216.
What we share — and what we don't
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing. No mobile phone numbers, text-messaging originator opt-in data, or SMS consent will be shared with or sold to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes; that data is shared only with the aggregators and providers of the text-message services needed to deliver our messages. We share information only as needed to serve you: with AT&T and its systems to check availability and process orders you request; with the service providers that run our business (such as our customer-relationship, phone, and email platforms), who may use it only to provide those services to us; and where required by law.
How long we keep it
We keep lead and customer records for as long as reasonably needed to serve you, meet AT&T program and legal requirements, and maintain business records — then we delete or de-identify them.
Your choices
You can ask us at any time what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it (subject to records we're required to keep). Depending on your state, you may have additional privacy rights. For any of these requests, email [email protected] — we'll respond promptly.
Security & children
We limit access to your information to the people and systems that need it to serve you. Our services are for businesses and are not directed to anyone under 18.
Changes to this policy
